Processing time for standard orders may vary and take up to 3 business days, then orders can be shipped. Our shipping is based on business days, excluding holidays. We offer priority shipping on all US orders, including Hawaii and Alaska and free shipping on all US orders over $250. Items in stock will ship within 2 to 3 business days from our New York store, and items for pre-order will ship within the date range indicated on their product page. Once shipped, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by distance and carrier, but when shipping within the United States, expect a delivery time of about 2 to 6 business days. These shipping windows may be extended due to holidays.
The Fifteen Percent Pledge does ship internationally to Canada, Mexico and the UK and advises opting for DHL for international delivery when checking out. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
The Fifteen Percent Pledge is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. Please contact the respective shipping provider on any claims of lost or stolen packages.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.
Order tracking information can be found when you sign into your account, on the order status page. If you checked out as a guest, your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Please double-check your spam folder for shipping and delivery confirmation emails.
Returns are accepted via mail or in store. Items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 AND no later than January 6, 2022. All returns must be unused, unopen, with tags and original packaging intact, with a receipt. Merchandise received after 7 days will not be accepted.
If your order was shipped, returns must be initiated within 7 days of the arrival date AND before January 6th. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any returns initiated after 7 days or after January 6, 2022 will not be accepted. Final sale, gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items shipping internationally are final sale and may not be returned.
Online orders may be returned in person at our store at 63 Spring Street.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
**We hope you understand that our return policy is strict due to the fact that this is a temporary shop and we must have all merchandise accounted for at the time of closing on January 6th. After this date, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Once your order is placed, you cannot change or cancel your order. However, once it is delivered you may reach out to customer service to exchange or return your order.
