Shipping and Returns

Returns are accepted via mail. Items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 AND no later than March 24th, 2023. All returns must be unused, unopen, with tags and original packaging intact, with a receipt. Merchandise received after 7 days will not be accepted. 

If your order was shipped, returns must be initiated within 7 days of the arrival date AND before March 24th. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any returns initiated after 7 days or after March 24, 2023 will not be accepted. Items shipping internationally are final sale and may not be returned. 

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.

**We hope you understand that our return policy is strict due to the fact that this is a temporary shop and we must have all merchandise accounted for at the time of closing on March 24th, 2023. After this date, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
